Practice Policies


At My Choice  Dental Revesby, we endeavour to see all the patients on time. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, we can run behind time. Should this occur we will keep you updated on how long you can expect to wait. Should you be delayed getting to your appointment, please phone us to let us know. If a patient is very late for an appointment there is a possibility that we may have to reschedule this appointment.


We will try to contact you the day before your appointment to remind you of the date and time. This is a courtesy service and we expect patients to make a note of dates and times of their appointments.



We require one day cancellation notice so that the appointment may be given to another patient on our waiting list. Should you be unable to contact us, please leave a message on our answering machine or email so that we are aware of the changes to our schedule.


It is practice policy to charge a fee to patients who fail to attend for the appointments more than twice. This fee varies depending on the amount of clinical time that has been wasted. In cases where this fee is charged it must be paid before any further appointments can be made.


We endeavour to attend all the emergencies as a matter of priority so if  you have a dental emergency, please contact us and we will organize the emergency to be looked after as soon as possible.


We require payment on the day of service unless otherwise arranged with your dentist or Practice Manager.Patients are welcome to get quotation and discuss with manager for gap fee arrangements if fund members, instalments for dentures and implants payments and easy payment instalments for Non-Health Fund Members
